Slightly Insane October.
October 23rd, 2007

It’s been an awesome month so far. I’m falling behind on my posts but I promise I’ll get some fun stuff up soon. Here’s are some interesting things that happened so far and some things to look forward to:
Jason & Joyce’s Wedding (via Flickr)
OMG! My super bday gift (thanks Lika)
iPhone SDK (funny there’s not permalink in the Hot News section unlike all the other links but it’s there).
Run Granny Run - Must watch!!! Doris Haddock is amazing!
Nokia N810 (via Engadget)
Arcade Fire/LCD Soundsystem/Blonde Redheads - Randall’s Island
Stella, Project 85, and the rest of MoMA
July 15th, 2007

I haven’t been back to the MoMA since they reopened it. The Museum looks great and Stella’s exhibit was gigantic. I’d take photos but it wasn’t allowed. Aside from that, photos won’t really do it justice. You really need to just visit this place. BTW, the Project 85 installation was awesome. I have some photos of that and the E-type. You can check it out on my flickr.
…and now for a little comic relief

Just thought this picture was funny. Found it from the report: Bush appointed appeals court tosses domestic spying lawsuit, courtesy of Alaska Report.
microminutes…posted on wikimedia for a hot minute or two
January 3rd, 2007
microminutes (slang): a time metric defined between minutes and nanoseconds. microminutes is used to describe the insufferable pain when counting the amount of time from event A to event B. e.g. to describe one’s time at work with jetlag plus working with an incompetent staff combined with a need to hurt someone plus an awful transit experience, the rubric for time in this instance is measured in microminutes. This term is credited to Hanako T.(last name withheld for privacy purposes), first used at 2:50am, January 3, 2007.
