I want to edit my docs on my iPhone and I know there are other solutions out there but what is most convenient for me is to be able to open up my GMail, open up my word doc attachment in Google Docs on my iPhone. Is it really that difficult?

The short answer is NO. I don’t understand it since I’m able to do that with my desktop. So I dug around a little bit and realized that opening as an attachment is available on Firefox (my default browser) and not Safari on my iPhone, AND my mac. Why is this feature disabled? If someone knows why, feel free to tell me.
